Only if you sign up for them - our site provides users the opportunity to subscribe to our iinspire newsletter at the point where we request information about the customer. If you do sign up for the iinspire newsletter, you will receive occasional communications from us via e-mail. If you do not sign up for the iinspire newsletter, we will not contact you other than communication necessary to fulfil your order.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal,Visa, Mastercard, credit cards through our website. If you don't want to pay by credit card, you can also call or e-mail us and pay for your order by check or money order. We will then ship your order as soon as your check has cleared.

You can pay directly from our website is through using paypal. You can select cheque or money order as your payment option, You'll need to post us the cheque or money order for the amount of your order, and we'll send out your merchandise once your check clears.

How long does it take until my order is posted, and how soon will I get it?
Your order will be posted within two business days (48 hours) from when you placed your order. You should receive the order within 7 business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location. Overseas orders may take longer.

What if it's a gift?
We can deliver directly to you, or if the item is a gift we can deliver to the recipient's address.
If it is a gift we will include a gift certificate when we post the goods so the price of the gift is not divulged & the invoice will be posted to you.
We offer free gift wrapping with every purchase if required.

Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes, you can. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent. Please note, however, that iinspire.com.au cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses at this time. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases.

Can orders be shipped outside of Australia?
Yes we can ship outside of Australia for orders directly through our website. We use Australia Post International. Freight charges vary according to destination and the size and weight of the parcel and will be calculated as part of the checkout process.

What postage methods do you use for within Australia & Overseas?
We choose to use regular, registered or express post through Australia post. You can select which shipping method is most suitable for you and your purchase.
Registering your purchase is an additional cost of $3.60 and ensures your parcels can be tracked if misplaced and covers you with insurance up to $200. (within Australia)
Express post is next day delivery. (within Australia only)
Freight charges vary according to destination and the size and weight of the parcel and will be calculated as part of the checkout process. To roughly work out the charges each Art Canvas weighs around 300g.

What is your returns policy?
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to iinspire within 14 days of the shipping date in perfect condition with your original purchase receipt.

How do I return something?
Post the goods prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship. Exchanged goods will be shipped back to you at your own expense

What size are your art canvas?
All our art canvases measure 20cm X 20cm and 3cm in depth. They are hand screen printed and stretched onto a wooden backing frame. They are very lightweight and can be hung simply using double sided tape or a nail. iinspire art canvas's are a great gift and look fantastic in a group. Try either a 3 or a 6 to start with! They are water resistant so can be hung outside. Simply wipe clean with a luke warm moist cloth.

What size are your greeting cards?
They measures 12cm by 12cm and blank on the inside so a personalised message can be added. All cards are hand screen printed. Very unique.

Can I share a idea for a design or a quote that I think would be great on canvas?
Yes! Please send us a email with your idea or quote to info@iinspire.com.au
If we decide to produce your design or quote you'll receive a free art canvas with your design or quote printed on it. We will do the artwork with your quote.

Our products are not mass produced in a factory. They are hand screen printed in a developing community. It's handmade nature means that small irregularities may occur, which can add to it's character. Money spent on this product will flow directly back into the community that produced it. In a small way this supports local growth and development, increasing the opportunities to all.
